• The house has 7 bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests, together with 6 bathrooms and two additional ground-floor cloakrooms.

• The bedroom accommodation comprises:

• Two Super King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

• One Super King bedroom with bathroom beside

• One Super King bedroom with a freestanding bath in the bedroom

• One King Size bedroom with en-suite bathroom

• Two Super King Zip & Link bedrooms, which can be arranged as either a Super King or two single beds. Both rooms have their own private WC and washbasin and share a separate bath/shower room.

 

Kitchen & Entertaining

• The kitchen is very much the heart of our home. French doors look across the front and west lawns, filling the room with natural light even on a dull day and providing lovely views over the gardens.

• There is a large island, 2 kitchen sinks, 2 dishwashers, a Lacanche range with seven gas burners and 3 ovens, a Sub-Zero fridge-freezer, Quooker tap and Thermomix.

  Very comfortable TV Room, perfect for cosy movie nights
  Dining Room with seating for up to 14 guests

• The Drawing Room, TV Room and Dining Room all have wood burners, with the first basket of logs provided.

 

Gym

• Our gym has a Peloton, Treadmill, Pilates Reformer and weights.

Gardens & Outdoor

​

• The house is surrounded by extensive private gardens and lawns, with wonderful views across the countryside.

 

House Rules

• House The property is not suitable for hen or stag parties.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property or within the grounds.

• A noise policy is in place, and we kindly ask guests to be considerate of the peaceful countryside setting.

• Celebrations and private events may be considered by prior arrangement.

• Additional day guests by prior authorisation only.

• The gym is available for the use of guests aged 18 years and over only.

• The property owner resides in a separate neighbouring property, which benefits from its own private access, grounds and parking. There are no shared facilities, allowing guests to enjoy the house and its amenities in complete privacy.

• For the security of our guests and the property, CCTV is in operation in selected external areas only.
