The property is not suitable for hen or stag parties.

Pets are strictly not permitted. Please note that a penalty charge will apply if this policy is not observed.

Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property or within the grounds.

A noise policy is in place, and we kindly ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours and the peaceful countryside setting.

Celebrations and private events may be considered by prior arrangement.

Additional day guests are welcome by prior authorisation only. Please note that an additional charge may apply.

The gym is available for the use of guests aged 18 years and over only.

The property owner resides in a separate neighbouring property, which benefits from its own private access, grounds and parking. There are no shared facilities, allowing guests to enjoy the house and its amenities in complete privacy.

For the security of our guests and the property, CCTV is in operation in selected external areas only.
